MyKopenhagenfur, the new online portal for brokers and customers
During the coming April auction, Kopenhagen Fur will be rolling out the first version of MyKopenhagenfur, our new online portal for both brokers and customers. The launch of MyKopenhagenfur is a milestone in our continued journey to provide the most effective service to our brokers and customers. For Kopenhagen Fur, it also means a more flexible, effective approach to customer interaction.
MyKopenhagenfur provides brokers and customers with a one-stop platform to access Kopenhagen Fur services at all times, from any location. Moving forward, users will be able to perform online invoicing and re-invoicing, without the need to travel with additional staff to Glostrup. Through the platform, brokers and customers can also book shippings, track existing orders, and transfer the skins to and from the freezer, among other functionalities.
In addition to this, MyKopenhagenfur provides a full, updated overview of previous and current orders, as well as statistics and historical information available in the archive.
As part of the launch, brokers will get access to the platform in the coming days. We will gradually continue rolling out the system to customers, who will receive activation links as the process unfolds.
