Digital images and video will replace inspection

Earlier this week, the Danish government decided to prolong the lockdown of the country. This means the borders and airports remain closed until 10 May. Given those circumstances, Kopenhagen Fur is forced to suspend the announced inspection prior to the April auction, replacing it with a digitalization of the bundles.

During the last weeks, Kopenhagen Fur has been working on an image library solution. The solution will feature plenty of material in the form of high-quality pictures and video, allowing for an extensive review of all skins on sale during the auction. All our customers will be granted access to the new digital platform to view the images. Granting equal access to our customer group will ensure a transparent, comprehensive overview of all information available prior to the auction.
