Kopenhagen Fur’s labelling system sets the standard for the international fur trade and is based on advanced technology and years of experience with a focus on customer needs. The finest quality skins are graded as Kopenhagen Fur Purple followed by Kopenhagen Fur Platinum, Kopenhagen Fur Burgundy and Kopenhagen Fur Ivory.
Kopenhagen Fur Purple Label is only granted for Kopenhagen Fur Purple Quality skins and is regarded as the world’s most prestigious quality of fur, which only accounts for less than 10% of Kopenhagen Fur’s annual offering. Kopenhagen Fur Purple Quality is characterised by lightness and silkiness due to the extra-fine short guard hair and underfur which is exceptionally dense and full.
Kopenhagen Fur Platinum Quality Label is granted exclusively for Kopenhagen Fur Platinum Quality pelts, representing exceptional fur quality with fine, uniform guard hair and thick, dense underwool. It is distinguished by an even nap and rich underfur, delivering a refined and consistently high-quality appearance.
Kopenhagen Fur Premium Quality Label is granted for Kopenhagen Fur Burgundy and Ivory Quality pelts, representing high-quality fur with uniform guard hair layers and dense underwool. It is characterized by an even, dense surface and a balanced proportion between guard hair and underwool.

For Apparel Labels:
This series of labels is exclusively applicable to Kopenhagen Fur mink pelts graded as Purple, Platinum, Burgundy,and Ivory. Among these, the Purple quality grade and the Platinum quality grade are each issued with an anti-counterfeiting tag together with the Purple Quality Label and the Platinum Quality Label, respectively.

For distributing labels to skin buyers not specified on the original invoice, Kopenhagen Fur service team will require the original buyer listed on the invoice to send confirmation of the distribution requirements before further processing.
Kindly note that all labels are free of charge. The average processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks upon receiving the correct application form.
General Information
Kindly note that you can only choose either a garment label or an accessory label for your lots. It is not possible to apply both at the same time forthe same lot.
Please leave your contact information clearly, so that we can reach you if any further information is needed.
Also kindly note that, the actual labels will be shipped from our warehouse in Beijing or Poland depending on recipient location, so import taxes may apply upon arrival with the parcel depending on the custom rules of the destination country. And any custom-clearance related costs will need to be handled by the applicants or recipients.
