Its official collaborative programs primarily target tier‑one fashion houses, professional fur retail brands, renowned designers, and prestigious design institutions.

The Studio comprises three specialized departments:
Brand Collaboration, Creative Workshop, and Style Archive.

Through cross‑industry collaboration, it leads the “New Fur Movement,” characterized by stylized, diversified, and high‑fashion approaches.

Full‑Chain Consulting Services: Providing comprehensive end‑to‑end support, including trend analysis, customized mood boards, collection planning, sampling, professional product photography, and media PR/promotion.

Co‑branded Promotion & Licensing: Offering Kopenhagen Fur Retail Authorization and Quality Trademark Certification, ensuring full traceability of materials and guaranteeing consistent, superior quality.

Imagine Talent Studio is the core strategic partner of Kopenhagen Fur in the fields of commercial fur application and style R&D. Formerly known as KF Studio, it was the world’s leading fur craft and design R&D center and currently serves as the largest fashion fur style archive. Imagine Talent Studio is not only a premier design and R&D partner for Chinese fashion and fur brands, but is also dedicated to becoming the preeminent space for fashion fur style collections.

Beyond assisting Kopenhagen Fur Studio (KFS) with fundamental craft R&D, the Master Craft series, and fur fashion trend research, Imagine Talent Studio focuses on transforming fur craftsmanship and design trends into market‑oriented R&D and commercial applications.

The studio integrates global vision with local insights, building a highly competitive creative talent matrix. Its core team primarily comprises members from the original KFS Danish and Beijing teams, supplemented by experts in fur craft and garment R&D, as well as designers and pattern makers from leading Chinese fashion brands.
