The final day of the auction opened with an offering of Mahogany males, which was sold at almost firm prices. Mahogany females were sold in keen competition at rising prices of 10%.
During the six selling days all 4.6 million mink skins were sold. Males were sold at slightly easier prices, whereas females were sold at rising prices.
Compared to the recent international auctions the mink prices at this auction reached a significantly higher level.
