Final sales report, April auction

The April auction at Kopenhagen Fur confirmed a very firm mink market.

 

Based on the February auction the valuation of the total offering of 4.6 million mink skins was set at DKK 262 and this was exactly the average price of this auction. However, as the majority of the 500 auction customers use USD as their trade currency, they saw prices rising 5-6%, because the dollar has dropped approximately 6% since February.
