Retail training prepares Certified Boutiques for new season

Centralized retail training supports Kopenhagen Fur Certified Boutiques to be stronger for a challenging new season.
Unified visual guidelines, employee handbooks including all Kopenhagen Fur information and sales skills, are two major components from the new initiatives in the plan of retail training program for Kopenhagen Fur Certified Boutiques 2012-2013. Most importantly, 20 highly experienced sales directors from 10 key retail cities have participated in the 3-day training at Kopenhangen Fur Beijing Office from June 21-23, 2012.
After offering a similar program for 5 consecutive years with field trips to local retail shops, Kopenhagen Fur Beijing Office this year, has opened its door to welcome 20 fur sales directors from 10 certified boutiques around China, including 3 new partners based in Chongqing, Chengdu and Urumqi respectively.
Provides knowledge for retailers
During the 3-day intensive training, participating retailers were briefed about Kopenhagen Fur and its cooperation strategies in China. They were also offered an introductory course on Kopenhagen Fur Sorting & Grading, Fur Garment Produce and Techniques, Retail Strategies and Retail Sales Management, Fur Trends and Visual Merchandising. Undoubtedly, the program, which is of great practical value, helps to broaden the professional horizon of the senior management team members, and proves to be a mind-blowing experience as well as a huge source of inspiration for those seeking systematical knowledge of the fur retail industry.
"It's a very good platform for us. It enables us to develop a very clear picture of the fur business as well as to realize the challenges we're facing as fur retailers. So, we need to catch up with the development of fashion industry and strive to meet the pent up demand of fashion consumers.
