To head its international marketing programme, Kopenhagen Fur, the world’s leading fur auction house, has appointed Patrizia Venturelli Christensen as its new Marketing Director.
Patrizia Venturelli Christensen joins Kopenhagen Fur from a position as Innovations Director at the Federation of Danish Textile & Clothing. Holding a PhD degree in Sociology, she has wide-ranging academic experience, most recently as a lecturer at the Aarhus Business School. Past experiences also include a position as Senior Researcher & director at LEGO’s VisionLAB.
At Kopenhagen Fur, Patricia Venturelli Christensen will be in charge of the company’s global marketing strategies including initiatives on the big growth markets, China and Russia. She will also head activities at the company’s creative laboratory, Kopenhagen Studio, where inhouse furriers and designers works to continually push the boundaries of fur fashion.
Kopenhagen Fur annually exports around DKK 5 billion, making it one of Denmark’s largest export companies.
