Prompt day has been moved to 14 September

The due date (prompt-day) for the payment of purchases made during the August auction has been moved from 21 September to 14 September. Moving the date to a week earlier will avoid any inconveniences caused by the overlapping between the prompt day for August and the dates in which the September auction takes place.
