Kopenhagen Fur Kitchen’s New Chinese Chef

Kopenhagen Fur has added an expert in Chinese cuisine to its culinary team.

Yuan Bo Wang is a chef educated in China with around 20 years of experience from Asia and Europe. He is an expert in dishes from Sichuan, Guangdong, and Jiangsu provinces.

“In my cooking, I want to place a special weight on authentic and different experiences, for example serving whole fish or meat with legs, so it looks fresh and exciting,” Yuan Bo says. “I will also make food according to the Chinese seasons and traditions.”
