The price of mink skins increased by 5 to 10 percent in DKK during today's sale at Kopenhagen Fur. Here, high demand in the auction room was experienced once again.

The customers experience an even higher price increase of approx. 10 to 15 percent in USD due to the currency development since Kopnhagen Fur's auction in June.

The major skin article of the day was Brown Velvet Males in both regular, lowgrades and breeders.

With over 388.000 skins offered, the Brown Velvet Males breeder collection was the subject of a lot of attention.

- The Brown Velvet Males breeder collection was well received by our customers. They reward a well graded collection containing many skins. The prices therefore almost match the regular skins. The reason for this positive development is, that the customers now have even greater confidence in the market, says Per Knudsen, Chief Auctioneer at Kopenhagen Fur.
