The first day of mink-sale is over at Kopenhagen Fur

The first day of mink-sale at Kopenhagen Fur's February auction is over.

Mahogany Males and Velvet Males each obtained a sales percentage of 100 . Mahogany Males had declining prices of 17 percent and Mahogany Velvet Males experienced declining prices of 6 percent.

Mahogany Females reached a sales percentage of 99 percent and slightly higher prices compared with our auction in January. They achieved a small 5 percent increase in prices.

Mahogany Velvet Females also obtained a sales percentage of 100 percent and a 7 percent decrease in price level.

The same trend was visible with the sale of Black Cross Males. They reached a sales percentage of 100 and a 9 percent decrease in price level. Black Cross Females also sold 100 percent and had a 8 percent decrease in price level.

Tomorrow, the sale will begin at 8.30 with the offering of Brown Cross Males. Over 400.000 mink skins will be offered Thursday.
