Kopenhagen Fur enters the 37th China Leather & Fur Products Fair with a wide range of activities. The aim is to show Kopenhagen Fur's focus on fur quality all the way from auction to consumer. An exclusive fashion show on January 12 will be the highlight of the activities.

Sales Director at Kopenhagen Fur, Mr Kenneth Loberg, acknowledges China Leather & Fur Products Fair's great importance for the fur industry.

- The business-to-business profile of this fair gives Kopenhagen Fur a great chance to inform manufactures and tanneries about our skin's quality and how we excel compared to other fur auctions, Kenneth Loberg says.

Throughout the fair, Kopenhagen Fur will host seminars on how to be a customer at the auctions in Denmark and the many benefits of being present at the auctions. There will also be great chance to learn about Kopenhagen Fur's new shipping agreement and the new cold storage facility in Hong Kong, created to give customers at the auction even more flexibility concerning skin deliveries.

In order to give the best information possible, Chief Auctioneer at Kopenhagen Fur, Mr Per Knudsen, and Head of Customer Department, Mr Brian Tufvesson, are attending the Kopenhagen Fur stand in Beijing together with Kenneth Loberg. On Friday 14, Kenneth Loberg himself will be the lecturer on part two of a minor MBA course. This time, the theme is General Leadership.

- With the whole industry being present, the fair is the perfect venue for next part of the course, which we in the fall of 2010. However, participation in the first part is not necessary to gain great knowledge from this part, Kenneth Loberg emphasizes.

Furthermore, Kopenhagen Fur's international centre for fur design and fashion, Kopenhagen Studio, will host seminars in fur trends and techniques. The trends will be shown at Kopenhagen Fur's fashion show on January 12 at Crowne Plaza Park View. Kopenhagen Fur has decided to host its own fashion show instead of participating in the fairs opening show. According to Kenneth Loberg, the limit at the opening show of only 5 styles from 1 customer do not match Kopenhagen Fur's wish to brand customers.

- By hosting our own fashion show, we are able to give several customers a platform to show their styles. We have experienced a great interest for our fashion show. For instance, the inflow of prizes for the lucky draw during the fashion show has been overwhelming, Kenneth Loberg says.

13 different brands will be presented on the catwalk. Danish royal fur fashion designer, Birger Christensen, will open the catwalk, and NE Tiger, China's top luxury brand, will have the honor of the final appearance on the catwalk.
