Ordering labels

Kopenhagen Fur offers an on-line service for ordering the Kopenhagen Fur Quality Labels on our website - click here to log in.

You obtain a password from our hotline - phone no. +45 4326 1200, or send a mail to hotline@kopenhagenfur.com. Your username is your Kopenhagen Fur skin account number.

You can order your labels on-line as soon as your invoices have been paid for and shipped.

The labels will be despatched as soon as possible after the receipt of your order.

Short guide for ordering labels

When your skins are paid for and the skins have left Kopenhagen Fur you can order your entitled Kopenhagen Labels on http://www.kopenhagenfur.com/ as follows:

Click on 'LOGIN' in the top corner to the right.

Enter your account no. and password.

If you have lost your password please contact Kopenhagen Fur's Hotline by e-mail to hotline@kopenhagenfur.com.

Click on 'Labels' in the left corner to open the next window.

Choose the receiver of labels:

Send to me
Use this, if you want the labels to be shipped directly to yourself.
Send to person by account
Use this, if you want the labels to be shipped to a different company/account.
Send to person by address
Use this, if you do not know the receiving company's account, but only know the address of the receiver.

Choose which invoices you need labels for:

Order by Invoice (only garment labels).
Click here to see the invoices, and mark 'Labels' or 'No labels'.

Order by Lot (garment and trim labels).
Click here to see the lots of the invoices, and mark if you wish garment labels or trim labels (only Burgundy and Ivory quality).

Finish your label order:

Press the 'Submit labels' button and press the 'Log out' button to leave the Ordering system.
